How can I tighten my skin naturally?

Fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin are some of the indicators of ageing. As you get old, the skin loses its flexibility and this leads in sagging. Dehydration, smoking, pregnancy, excessive intake of alcohol, weight loss and improper skin products can also lead to skin sagging. Although you cannot reverse the process of sagging, you may surely postpone it or lessen the sagging. Here are some natural solutions to tighten the drooping skin at home

Aloe Vera gel

Method: Extract aloe vera gel from the leaf and apply it on your face and neck. Leave it on your skin for around 20 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Do this three to four times a week. You may also blend aloe vera gel with honey and mayonnaise. Apply this mixture on your face and neck. After about 20 minutes, wash it off with cold water.

Egg white and honey

Rich in albumin protein, egg white is a fantastic cure for sagging skin. It enhances the skin texture by repairing the cells of the skin and making your skin healthy.

  1. Oil massage

Oil massage is will not only tighten your skin but will also make it smoother and clearer. You may use olive oil for massage as it includes vitamin E and A. It also has anti-aging properties.

You will need: Two teaspoons of olive oil.

Method: Take the olive oil in a small jar and warm it up. Use the heated oil to massage yoru face and neck. Massage for around 10 minutes. Take a clean towel, soak it in lukewarm water and use it to wipe your face. You may also use coconut oil, almond oil or jojoba oil for massage.

  1. Ground coffee and coconut oil

Coffee includes caffeine, which makes your skin supple and firm by removing fat and hydrating the skin. The ground coffee will gently exfoliate your skin and the antioxidants in it will prevent the ageing process.

You will need: 1/4 cup of ground coffee, two teaspoons of coconut oil, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon.

Method: Mix the coffee, coconut oil, cinnamon and brown sugar. Use this combination to gently clean your face and neck. Scrub for about 5 minutes and then use lukewarm water to rinse it off. Do this once a week.
